Emma Honing is a multidisciplinary artist based near the sea in Victoria, BC, located on the unceded lands of the Lekwungen, Songhees, Esquimalt, and WSÁNEĆ peoples. Slug Studios began as a passion project centred on knitting, and over time, evolved into ceramics, a medium that has always held a special place of inspiration and joy. Emma's work is deeply inspired by texture, colour, and form.
