We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $300. For orders under $300, we offer standard shipping for $18*. All orders are shipped from Nova Scotia within three business days of payment verification.

We use Canada Post for all-orders, expedited shipping generally takes 2-7 business days but could be slightly longer for more rural areas.
