We offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada over $300. For orders under $300, we offer standard shipping for $18. All orders are shipped from Nova Scotia within three business days of payment verification.

We use UPS and Canada Post for all orders, expedited shipping generally takes 2-7 business days but could be slightly longer for more rural areas.

We offer standard shipping to the US for $35. All orders are shipped from Halifax within three days of payment verification. We use UPS for all international orders. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on delivery.
