HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Any items eligible for exchange, return or store credit as per our policy below purchased between November 25th and December 25th will have a return window extension until January 1st!
RETURN POLICIES
We want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can! We are always on hand to send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone or email. That being said, we know that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. We try our best to accommodate our customers and are as flexible as we are able to when it comes to returns depending on the item. As such, our return policy differs across categories - let us walk you through it!
$800 de minimis usa
The U.S. $800 de minimis exemption, which allowed duty-free entry for packages valued at or under $800, was eliminated for all countries on August 29, 2025, via an executive order signed in July 2025. Shipments from outside the U.S. postal network will now face applicable duties and taxes. Payment of these duties and taxes will be the buyers responsibility. All sales to the US are final so we will not accept returns due to duties and taxes owing. We will also be shipping with Purolator & DHL at this time. Your order will not get delivered unless the duties and taxes are paid ahead of time, so make sure you check the tracking on your order and pay any applicable duties and taxes online through the carrier to ensure timely and safe delivery.
IN STORE RETURNS
An exchange or store credit is available for full priced clothing or shoes purchased in store. All exchanged goods must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.
All accessories (bags, footwear, hair, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, sunglasses), objects & home goods (art, candles, ceramics, prints, etc), beauty (make-up, skincare), intimates (bras, underwear, swim) and all sale items are final sale.
Sale clothing/shoes or any clothing/shoes purchased on promotion or with a discount code is final sale. We do not currently offer returns, exchanges or store credit on these items.
We do not offer price adjustments.
ONLINE RETURNS
We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds on full-priced clothing and shoes purchased online. Refunds incur a 6% restocking fee, store credit will honour full purchase value. Due to customs and shipping costs, all international orders are final sale.
All accessories (bags, hair, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, sunglasses), objects & home goods (art, candles, ceramics, prints, etc), beauty (make-up, skincare), intimates (bras, underwear, swim) and all sale items are final sale.

Orders purchased using Shop Pay Instalments and Sezzle are handled through their platforms and will incur an 8% -10% restocking fee upon return to account for fees charged by third party payment plans. No exceptions.
TO MAKE AN ONLINE RETURN
Returned clothing or shoes ordered online must be in unused, unwashed condition, with original tags still attached.
Please notify us via e-mail info@shopslowlyslowly.ca with your order number, reason for return, and preference for exchange, store credit, or refund. Exchanges and returns are not processed until the goods have been received in-store and processed. Slowly Slowly is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped- please ship any returns with tracking to ensure it arrives to us safely.
We will exchange or refund full priced clothing or shoes if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receipt. The item must arrive to the shop within 10 days of posting.
Please allow up to 7 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement or Paypal.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties and brokerage fees.
Exchanges will incur an additional $10 flat rate fee for the exchange shipping.

LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc), therefore Slowly is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we are available for curbside pick up during business hours. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
