ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can! We are always on hand to send extra photos and measurements and answer any questions by phone or email. That being said, we know that sometimes things aren’t meant to be. We try our best to accommodate our customers and are as flexible as we are able to when it comes to returns depending on the item. As such, our return policy differs across categories - let us walk you through it!
Refund, exchange or store credit are eligible for the following items (refunds to original payment methods incur an 6% restocking fee, store credit will be issued for the full item value):

All objects, accessories, jewelry, intimates, printed matter and swimwear are final sale.
Sale items are final sale.
Promotional sale purchases (items purchased with a welcome code or a discount code) are available for exchange or store credit only.
We will exchange or refund all regular-priced clothing items if posted by trackable mail or courier within 7 days of receipt. The item must arrive to the shop within 14 days of posting.
All returned products must be in unused, unwashed condition and with all original tags still attached.
We do not offer price adjustments and all items purchased on promotion are Final Sale.
All orders purchased using Shop Pay Installments and Sezzle will incur an 8% restocking fee upon return.
All international orders are final sale.
TO MAKE A RETURN
Please notify us via e-mail info@shopslowlyslowly.ca why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange, return or store credit. Exchanges/returns will not be processed until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to appear on your credit card statement/Paypal account.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties and brokerage fees.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Exchange or store credit is available for all non-sale clothing items returned within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition.
We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases at this time.
All accessories (bags, footwear, hair, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, sunglasses), objects & home goods (art, candles, ceramics, prints, etc), beauty (make-up, skincare), intimates (bras, underwear, swim) and all sale items are final sale.*

LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier (UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc), therefore Slowly is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund. For added security, we recommend adding signature delivery to your order.
CURBSIDE PICK UP
If you would like to place an online order for in-store pick up, please choose the "Pick Up" option at check out to waive the shipping fee. You will receive an email when your order is ready, and we are available for curbside pick up during business hours. Please note that curbside orders are subject to the store return policy which is store credit/exchange only.
